An individual placing an order for himself or herself will follow each of the five steps outlined above.

An institution purchasing courses for a group of employees or independent contractors, will complete steps one and two.

Generally, you will receive your receipt via email within minutes of completing your order. At that time you may immediately begin taking your course or courses. Individual purchasers, your receipt contains your "Serial Number Name" and "Serial Number," which you will use on our login page to access your course online. Lost or forgotten Serial numbers can be automatically retrieved from our system using the email address associated with your original order. Login Now.

Employers and sponsoring institutions that are prepaying for a group of employees or independent contractors will need to set up access for each employee or contractor. This may be prearranged by contacting FST in advance of your order.

Employees and independent contractors, your sponsoring institution will notify you when your courses are ready and will inform you of your login procedure.

Complete the Course

Users can login and read the course content online. Move forward or backward through the course pages at your own pace. Review any page at any time. You may also print the course PDF file if you prefer reading the hard copy. When you are ready, select the course quiz. The quiz consists of 20-30 multiple choice questions. A passing score of 70%25 is required for successful completion. You may retake the course if needed.

Print a Certificate of Completion

Upon successful completion of the course, you will be prompted to generate a course completion certificate, which is your record of successfully completing this portion of your continuing education requirement.

Employees and independent contractors, your sponsoring institution may automatically be informed of your course completion and pass/fail status, however, you should keep your course completion certificate as additional proof of completion.
