A Simple and Efficient Approach
- Review our Course Catalog page. Each course has a viewable table of contents so you can easily determine if a course fits the requirements of your Firm Element training plan.
- Determine which course or courses you want your covered personnel to complete and purchase the total number of courses you need via our online payment system.
- Assign your covered personnel by sending an e-mail to each student with instructions to access our website and setup their User Name and Password.
- Upon completion of each required course a completion certificate will be e-mailed to the student. Instruct the students to send a copy to you, place each copy in your Firm Element training file and your program is complete.
If you wish, you may simply decide which courses will be required and instruct your covered personnel to access our website directly and purchase and complete the courses. Upon completion each student forwards a copy of the completion certificate to you for your Firm Element training file and your program is complete. If your firm is comprised of Independent Contractors this solution may be ideal.
